Harness Your E! Power provides insights into the role of estrogen in the human body. The workshop 1) is a space to discuss various cycles, 2) distills available research, and 3) provides strategies for navigating cycle changes, especially for women aged 30+.

Key takeaways: A) how to leverage estrogen for sport or physical performance and B) what to do when the female body produces less E2 (perimenopause and menopause).

I lead the workshop as a professor of anthropology with over twenty years of research and teaching experience. I synthesize my own and others’ research, from kinesiology, neuroscience, medical science, biology, human biology, and the social sciences, into a ninety-minute workshop to demystify the taboo around E!
